Trampolines for Small Dublin Gardens
A small lawn does not rule out a trampoline. BERG makes compact sizes in every shape, and the shape and the way it sits in the garden matter as much as the size.
Start with the space, not the model
Every trampoline needs free space around it as well as room for the frame. BERG's manual gives the free space each model needs, so we do not quote a single figure here. Measure the lawn, note walls, fences, trees, sheds and washing lines, and take a couple of photos. We check the fit model by model in the consultation.

The smaller sizes, by shape
These are the compact models in the catalogue: round sizes of 200, 270, 330cm, the 350cm oval, and rectangular models 200, 280, 330cm long. Model names link to the product on the shop.

Why an oval or rectangular shape can suit a narrow lawn
A round trampoline is as wide as it is long. An oval (BERG calls it Grand) or a rectangular model (Ultim) is longer than it is wide, so it can run along the length of a narrow garden and leave more of the width free. The Ultim Champion 330, for example, measures 330 x 220cm.
The smallest oval is the Grand Champion 350, from €929. Small rectangular models start at €549. Whether a long shape or a small round one fits better depends on the lawn, which is what the photos are for.
InGround and FlatGround: keeping the view open
In a small garden a trampoline on legs with a net stands well above the lawn. An InGround is set into the lawn with a low raised edge, and a FlatGround sits completely level with it, so either keeps the view across the garden. A FlatGround also has no step up and no ladder.
The small sunken models start at €339. The groundwork is done by an installer, landscaper or builder who looks at the garden and quotes; we do not install, but we can put you in touch with an independent installer. See the InGround and FlatGround guide.

If a trampoline will not fit: the PlayBase Wall
The BERG PlayBase Wall is a steel climbing frame that fixes to a load-bearing brick or block wall, such as the house, a garage or a solid shed. It does not fix to a fence, a timber panel or a hollow partition. It is 1.2m wide and 1m deep, with monkey-bar rungs across the top and 3 carabiner points that take one or two swing-type accessories at once.
BERG's manual gives the free space it needs, and we check that in the consultation too. The PlayBase guide covers the frames, accessories and sets.

Common questions
What is the smallest BERG trampoline?
The smallest is 200cm. The lowest priced small model is €339, and above-ground models with a safety net start at €449.
Will a trampoline fit in my garden?
It depends on the model as well as the lawn, because every trampoline needs free space around it. BERG's manual gives the free space each model needs. Send us rough measurements and a couple of photos and we will check which sizes fit in the free garden consultation.
Is an oval or rectangular trampoline better for a narrow garden?
It can be. An oval or rectangular trampoline is longer than it is wide, so it can sit along a narrow lawn where a round one of the same length would be too wide.
Is an InGround trampoline a good idea in a small garden?
An InGround or FlatGround sits at or near lawn level, so it does not block the view across a small garden the way a trampoline on legs with a net does. It needs a hole dug by an installer, and it still needs free space around it.
What if there is no room for a trampoline?
The BERG PlayBase Wall is a steel climbing frame that fixes to a load-bearing brick or block wall. It is 1.2m wide and 1m deep and costs €999.
