BERG Go-Karts in Dublin: Choosing by Age
Five BERG pedal go-karts, from €299 to €595, each held in stock and delivered within 48 hours.
BERG go-karts are pedal karts, sold in families built for different ages. Choosing one comes down to which family fits your child now and how long you want it to last them.
Choose by age
These are BERG's own age guides for the three families we stock.
| Family | BERG's age guide | Karts we stock | From |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buddy | 3 to 8 years | Buddy B.Orange, Buddy Lua | €299 |
| Rally | 4 to 12 years | Rally NRG Orange, Rally DRT Green | €459 |
| XL | 5 years to adult | XL B.Pure Blue BFR | €595 |
The ranges overlap, so a five year old falls inside all three. The Buddy's guide stops at 8, the Rally's runs to 12 and the XL's runs to adult, so the larger families stay in use for longer. A kart only works if the child can reach the pedals comfortably, so if you are between two, ring us on 01 960 1641 with your child's age and height before ordering.

What BFR means
BFR is BERG's hub. With it the rider pedals forwards to go, brakes by pedalling back, and can then reverse. Of the five karts here, the XL B.Pure Blue BFR carries it in its name. Ask us about the others.
Delivery and accessories
Go-karts are delivered free to all of Dublin and the rest of Ireland, within 48 hours for the karts on this page. BERG's manual covers assembly. We also sell three accessories: a passenger seat, Buddy lights and a push handle. Ask us which fit your kart. The same five karts are on the shop's go-kart page.
